Yes! The lenses of the Flamingo sunglasses have UV400 protection filter that protect 100% of the ultraviolet rays and are approved by the European Union. Some of our items also have a polarized filter, which helps avoid eye fatigue by reducing the sun's reflections in water, snow and metal surfaces. You can add it on the checkout page. To use your coupon: When entering your payment on the checkout page, select 'Enter Discount Code' and you'll see the promo value and the total of your order will change to reflect the code.

You can only use one discount/promo code per order and they are non-cumulative with other promotions.

Once the order is placed, we cannot apply the discount. Keep in mind that you will be able to use this discount on your next order. You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website.

About an hour after having placed your order we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. This email will prove that your order has been received. In case you do not receive any confirmation email, you should contact our Customer Service.

Our carrier company will send you an email with your tracking number once your order has been prepared and processed in the warehouse. You should wait a few hours to check the status of your order. Keep in mind, that the carrier company takes a few hours to enter your tracking number in the system and that it only works on business days.

Order modifications and cancelations

For technical reasons, it is not possible to modify the orders placed. However, it is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet left our warehouse. Once canceled, you can make a new order with the desired items. For this, it is necessary that you send an email to our Customer Service with your name, country of residence and order number. Once you have canceled your order, your money will be refunded (in the form in which the payment was made) in the next 7 business days.

You can cancel your order, as long as your parcel has not left our warehouse. Contact us immediately after placing your order and our Customer Service will attempt to accommodate your request based on the status of your order. Please provide your order number along with the cancellation request. The rejection of a payment may be due to different reasons. In this case, we recommend asking your bank directly to solve the fault quickly. As an alternative, you can try to use another payment method. If after trying different payment types, you still can’t process your purchase, please contact our Customer Service. In case you are trying to pay by credit card, note that after three failed attempts, your credit card will be blocked on our website for 24 hours, to avoid fraud. After 24 hours, you will be able to buy again in our online store.

Product Care

Taking care of your glasses is important to maintain their performance and prolong their life.  Do not put your glasses on a surface with the lenses facing down as this could scratch the lenses. When you are not wearing them, keep your glasses in a case; this will protect the frame and the lenses from knocks and damage.

Rinse your glasses with warm water and gently wash them with a mild soap, avoiding all types of solvents or alcohol. Dry them using a clean, soft cloth. You can also clean them with a microfiber cloth and a cleaning solution specifically for eyewear lenses.

Do not leave your glasses on the dashboard of your car, or anywhere else that will expose them to very high temperatures, which could damage the coatings or distort the frame.
