Returns and Exchanges
Yes, any item purchased at Flamingo through our online store (www.flamingoaustralia.com) may be returned within a maximum period of 5 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
Please note that the cost of returning the package to our warehouse, both with transport company and with couriers, are the responsibility of the customer.

We will issue a refund once the item is received and when the return has been approved and authorized. You will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount to be refund. Flamingo does not cover international return shipping costs or the shipping fees on replacement orders.
Important: The amount will be refunded in your account, within 7 to 15 working days, from the moment you receive the confirmation email.
For any in-store purchases, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges via mail. Any item bought in a retail store must be returned directly to the same store and they will tell you how to proceed.
If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Flamingo, you can return your item(s) as follows:
1. Items must be returned in perfect conditions.
2. Items must be unused.
3. Items must be in the same conditions that were delivered: Preserving the labels, packaging, adhesives, chamois and / or other items that they contain.
4. If items are not returned in full along with their original packaging, they will suffer a depreciation of its original prize and will be reflected in the refund.
Sale and discounted items can be returned for a merchandise credit with the same reduced amount, never the original prize.
In case that a gift is returned, after inspecting your return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used.
If the return is rejected, the customer will have 2 months to pick up its order at the central facilities, and will assume the costs of collection. If during the collection period, the order has not been withdrawn, the order will be delivered to an NGO.

Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 5 working days for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.
