Delivery Methods & Costs
Flamingo offers free delivery on all orders over $85 AUD. The shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the delivery address. See table below for time and costs:

If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.
Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. However, don’t worry if this isn't possible as our carrier usually tries to deliver more than once. Alternatively, they'll leave a card confirming that they've either left it with a neighbor, left it in a safe place, when they will try to redeliver or give you details on how to collect it with a term of 7 working days. Remember that you must identify yourself and confirm your order number.
You will receive your order at the address you have chosen, from Monday to Friday and between 9am and 8pm (excluding holidays)
Delivery is Monday to Friday. The carrier will ask for the person who made the order. If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbor or how to arrange collection.
A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made, after which the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. If you were absent at the time of delivery, the carrier company will call you to notify you. For this reason, it is very important that you provide us with your contact number.
In Australia, we operate with DHL.
Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes vary by country of destination - based upon the laws and regulations of the country to which the order will ship. Flamingo is not responsible for these additional costs. All applicable import duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries may require additional fees. These fees are paid to the local company and are not collected by Flamingo. Within the European Union this case does not apply, since between member countries there is no type of duty or tax.
